I had enclosed five skills that can be learned and cultivated to improve your relationship with peoples:
1. Listening
A positive listening will require you mind, body and heart. In a normal conversation, it is quiet easy to be focusing on the what you are going to say rather than hearing what the other people is saying. If you actually show interest in what the other is saying, you will stand a chance to be considered as a person that is good to do business with.
Above all, avoid interrupting the others, when they speak you listen, when he finish you can give your view. Interruption the other people will give the message that you do not care.
2. Be Humble.
How many persons have you come across who talk about themselves and how great they are. These people seem to have their ways of portraying their own greatness. Being humble is very different from having inferior concept.
3. Give encouragement.
Most people will not like to be criticized, so stay away from it. Of course you can have a different in opinion. Be careful of your body language, speech and tone and the perception that people will have on you.
People will be more comfortable to receive affirmative reaction and encouragement of their actions.
4. See other persons perspective.
If there is a secret to success, it would be to be able to see things from the view of the other peoples. Imagine how boring the world will be if everybody is having the opinion like you. What will happen if everybody is like you?.
So accept that other people may see it differently than you, but id also does not mean that you have to follow what the others are saying.
5. Remember names.
People like to be respected and remembered. One of the ways is to remember the name of the person that we had been dealing with. The name implies that each of us are different, it set us apart from the others.
