The career personality is the personal inclination to behave in a certain way in his/her working environment. This is important for a person to understand his own personality to unable him to develop himself.

Here are six common career personality types:

a. multi-tasker
You tend to do many things at the same time. You would like to work under pressur, with your adrenaline rushing to to meet deadline and schedules. At the meeting you tend to take note and sending email at the same time. The likely career is project manager, event planner or advertisement executive.

b. mobile meeter- This is the person that works from his briefcase, a professional always on the move. He is seeking a major deal making dealings in all sort of place, such as the airport lounge, the cafe', hotel room and internet chatroom.
